The terms under which you use Agents Frame's API and website.
Agreement
By creating an API key on Agents Frame ("we", "us", "the service") or sending a request to the api.agentsframe.com endpoint, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.
What you can do
You may call /v1/think and the MCP transport with any reasonable agent or human-driven workflow. Free tier is 5 calls/day per account. Paid tiers metered per Stripe. You may cache responses. You may use returned framework names and prompts in commercial products without attribution, though attribution is appreciated.
What you can't do
Don't redistribute the routing API as your own service. Don't try to extract the framework library wholesale (15+ frameworks at V0; we will provide a download in V1). Don't run automated benchmarks above 1 RPS without writing to [email protected] first. Don't share API keys across organizations — each org gets its own.
Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. We will not refund downtime under that bar at V0; once we offer SLAs that promise will become contractual. The service is provided "as is" — we do not warrant fitness for any particular purpose.
Termination
You may stop using the service any time and delete your account from the billing portal. We may terminate accounts that abuse rate limits, attempt extraction, or violate applicable law, with as much notice as is reasonable.
Liability
Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; the page shows the last-modified date. Material changes will be announced via the email associated with your account at least 14 days before they take effect.
