What Agents Frame collects, why, and how to ask for it back.
What we collect
Account data: email and basic profile from Clerk auth. Usage data: every call to /v1/think is logged with intent text, detected language, candidate frameworks, ELO scores, latency, and your API key. Billing data: Stripe holds the card; we store the customer ID and subscription state. Analytics: Vercel Analytics + Google Analytics 4 with anonymized IP.
Why we collect it
Account: to give you a session and link API keys to a billing tier. Usage: to enforce quotas, improve the routing engine via aggregated patterns, and surface "Recent calls" in your dashboard. Billing: to charge for paid tiers. Analytics: to learn which marketing pages convert.
Where it goes
Database is Neon Postgres in us-east-1. Auth is Clerk. Billing is Stripe. Embeddings are processed via Google's Vertex AI. We do not sell or rent personal data.
How long we keep it
Call logs older than 90 days are auto-deleted by a daily cron job. Account data persists until you delete the account; billing records are retained per Stripe's standard retention.
Your rights
Email [email protected] to request export or deletion of your data. We will respond within 30 days. EU/UK users have GDPR rights; California users have CCPA rights — both are honored.
